The HERO4 Black is the highest performing and consequently the priciest of these two new HERO4s. But with the professional-quality image it delivers, the extra cost is well worth it, especially for serious videographers. Unlike the Silver edition, the Black doesn’t have a screen. The HERO4 Silver makes framing your shots easy with its built in screen. It’s also $100 less than the Black but still produces incredible images (see the key specs below).
