Staying in Puget Sound this week, thought I’d do an urban hike on over to Kirkland with my new Osprey Aether 70 pack. I’m training for an ascent this summer on Mt. Rainier so I loaded my Aether 70 up with 25 pounds of gear and hiked along the Burke Gilman trail, around Lake Washington, on over to Kirkland. Once there, I ate a nice big pizza lunch at Zeeks (love their pizza) and then visited my friends at Kirkland Bicycle (those guys rock) before heading on back home.
